I just spent the last three days in paradise. Friday some friends and I headed for Jaibalito, on Lake Atitlan, where we spent three days swimming, kayaking, eating amazing gourmet food, and sharing great conversation. The last two weeks I have been feeling really ready to be home- and even looked into changing my ticket so I could be in New Orleans a few days earlier then I had planned, but today I am feeling refreshed and happy. I have to tell you that the pictures don´t do the place justice! I will be back in the states on Saturday, where I will be spending a day in New Orleans for my good friend, Marnie´s, bachalorette party. Monday I will be in Iowa where I will spend a month with my family before heading to Denver. Hope to catch up with you all soon!

Lago de Atitlan
